Notice by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Consular Department at the Ministry’s headquarters has commenced the use of the electronic sticker in lieu of the former stamps previously used for the authentication of all documents and transactions. The electronic sticker reduces the possibility of document forgery, provides a more modern and official impression to the concerned person, and facilitates the tracking of the information contained in the document. The second phase shall include Iraqi missions abroad. The above is a sample of the electronic sticker.

باشرت الدائرة القنصلية في مركز الوزارة باستخدام اللاصق الإلكتروني بدلاً من الأختام القديمة التي كانت تُستخدم لتصديق الوثائق والمعاملات كافة. يقلل اللاصق الإلكتروني من إمكانية تزوير الوثائق، كما يعطي انطباعاً حضارياً لصاحب الشأن، بالإضافة إلى سهولة متابعة المعلومات الموجودة في الوثيقة. وستشمل المرحلة الثانية البعثات العراقية في الخارج. أعلاه نموذج للاصق الإلكتروني.
