Based on the letter from the General Secretariat for the Council of Ministers, the National Data Center Directorate, No. (11815) on 01/04/2024, issued in implementation of the provisions of Article (18) of the Federal General Budget Law for the years (2023–2024–2025).
It is hereby decided that a proof of clearance for company shareholders and managing directors, including company premises’ settlement of water and electricity bills due to government agencies, shall be submitted by providing a receipt for the most recent bill payment. Failure to provide such proof will result in the suspension of any transaction processing starting from the upcoming week until a valid bill payment is provided.
